No Supermoon Sighting But We Did See Sharks!

We headed to the beach to watch the Supermoon rise....but there was the most fog imaginable. Hoping we might catch a glimpse of it along the horizon we scrambled down the beach towards the Estuary. And then we scrambled up the bank and onto the bridge over the Estuary. We'd never walked up there because it's a pretty busy road but I was trying to distract people from the Supermoon fail. Anyway, we looked down into the flooded river mouth and saw all kinds of fish! Then some stingrays! Then a towel which we all thought was a seal but was just a towel. And then we saw this flat long animal that wasn't a ray but a shark! We researched it at home and it was a Pacific Angel Shark. No danger to humans but it was wild to see him swimming where we so often swim and play.
