The Beach Boys and the Beach Mama

Hot days and the last weeks before school starts, we've been at the beach a lot. We went on a day when the beach became engulfed in mist! We saw jumping fish and lots of smaller sunfish. We witnessed the estuary go from a wicked fast river with wild current. And now all of those big waves and the full moon have filled in most of the river with stones and sand bars. 

We don't agree on much in this house, but we all think that a hit day in the waves is not the worst when followed by ice cream or pizza!
