My Museum Guy

 Jacob loves museums. We had a special outing at Balboa Park, just the two of us.

We learned a lot about science, heard an orchestra rehearsal at the organ pavilion, climbed on a sculpture, admired plants, practiced flying a new foam airplane and drank coca~cola from a bottle while planes flew over us, talked about constellations, learned about crossing the Mexican border as an illegal....and cannibalism. It was an exhibit!

If you don't count all of the memberships I've already bought, I only spent $10 and we had a very special and full afternoon. 

I am lucky that all of my kids enjoy one of my favorite places. But it's just the best to have one kid who is just as big of a museum geek as his Mom.
