Happy Julian-uary!

We had a snow day here, and what better way to keep the savages at bay than with the promise of cake?! We celebrated the end of January. It was a bitch of a month!


I learned that whipped cream cheese is not an acceptable substitute for cream cheese when making frosting. A can of green frosting saved the day and our pumpkin layer cake had green icing!
