Special Mama Time is a big deal!

It's so important to everyone that we have special time, just Mama and child. Today, Pickle and I had our turn. We lazed around in a gazebo overlooking the town beach, ate a banana and had some tea, giggled and played pat-a-cake and generally made everyone envious that they weren't us!

Cubby and I rode the trolley into Perkins Cove to eat ice cream. We watched the charter boats dock and load passengers.  Cubby said,  "I wanna be grown up!"  Specifically so he could go on a sailboat.

Later,  Liam and Pickle accompanied me to the hotel restaurant for a special dinner, just the 3 of us.
