If you have a 3 year old, you should have an outdoor shower.

Regardless of whether or not you live near the beach, if you have a small person who loves the combination of dirt + water, then you need to install an outdoor shower.

I made a total rookie mistake tonight when, after telling Bub to splash in a puddle to get some of the sand off of his feet, I sent him straight upstairs to the bath.  My tub now looks like the beach at low tide!

Now, I must contend with the big question: is it easier to clean the tub or never bathe again and just shower downstairs for the next umpteen years??
