Liam is not hung up on things like efficiency.

Liam is finally over his thing with sand!

We went to the playground, all bundled against the face chapping cold, and had the whole place to ourselves.  We ended up in the sandbox and the kid was having a blast!   He cracked me up, though. He was intent on filling a dump truck with sand using the smallest shovel you can picture. And instead of just digging next to the truck he would walk 5 paces in haphazard directions,  seeking out only the best bits of sand. 

Sadly, I recognized myself in this behavior.  I chose to believe he is developing a highly selective personality with greatly honed taste.  But really,  I'm sure this is further evidence that I behave with the irrational patterns of a toddler.

Still,  it seems like beach vacations are back on the agenda for the Wronas!
