Liam's First Birthday Party

May 1st was the perfect day for a backyard party. It was sunny and in the 80s!! Mama and Daddy decorated the house and yard with green streamers and balloons and of course lots of monkeys. Daddy even dressed up like a banana! We were so blessed to be joined by all of our family and friends to celebrate the birth of one very special, very loved little boy:

Liam was such a good boy. He visited with everyone, enjoyed playing with his cousins and friends

and he really enjoyed his first ever piece of cake!

Some favorite gifts were an honest to goodness lawn mower

trucks of all shapes and sizes, his very own chair, boats, books, a bouncy horse, some new duds and lots of sandbox toys to enjoy at home and at the beach.

Thank you to everyone who was able to be with us in person or in spirit. It was a very special celebration for our whole family. Looking around our yard, we were able to count our blessings in the smiling faces of our loved ones. The greatest blessing of all is the little boy we held in our arms.
