Block Island (includes video of first laugh)

Last week, the Wronas went to Block Island, Rhode Island for vacation. We stayed with my Mom and shared the first few days with John, Steph, Jeff and Una. Then Jim came down for the last part of the week, so baby got a lot of visiting time with the Zorabedian clan.

Baby had his first boat ride which he enjoyed. The loud noise of the engine lulled him even if the horn was a little scary.

We stayed in an old farm house on Calico Hill. There was a great view of the harbor and the Atlantic. We could watch the ferry boats come and go.

It was a busy week for our Monkey. He was hungry, hungry, hungry! As a result of all that eating, he gained a pound in one week and grew an inch!! (This is by my inaccurate home scale but I think he's up to 14 lbs 14 ounces!) My Mom kept saying that she could see him growing!

It was a great week away and when I brought him home, Chris couldn't believe his eyes. I feel like I left for the trip with my baby and came home with a little boy. He's really grabbing at toys and has a lot more control over his body. Plus, his chunky little limbs and chubby cheeks are oh so cute! More of him to love!

There were so many cute stories and things that happened but I'm too pooped to write more! I think he's teething so he was really difficult to put down to bed tonight.
